Hey guys!

It's been quite a while since I made a post on here so I thought I would give you all an update.

I quit working at Impression Homes in February so that is the main reason I haven't posted or shared any videos.

I decided to go full time in my Amazon business. A friend and I had been working on it outside of our full time jobs for the last 4 years and we both decided to pull the trigger to leave our jobs and go full time doing that. It has allowed me to see my family a lot more and that has been a huge plus!!

I also recently started a new YouTube channel that is full of sounds and noises to try and help with falling asleep, staying asleep, studying, increased focus, insomnia, etc.

When our son was born, we used a white noise track on YouTube that helped a ton with getting him to sleep and I wanted to make another channel that wasn't solely focused on real estate so here we are!

This is our BRAND NEW Albany floorplan! I have been dying to get one of these new plans far enough along to make a video about!

This home packs a huge punch in a smaller package! The Albany floor plan is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home and offers 1,491 square feet. This particular Albany is 1,515 square feet because of the added bay windows in the master bedroom.

This home offers large 10-foot ceilings through home, under-mount sinks throughout the bathrooms, and kitchen with granite countertops! This home also has wood-look tile flooring, window blinds, garage door opener, smart home package, sprinkler system, and more!

This home is already sold to an amazing buyer but the floor plan currently starts at a base price of $199,990!
