Pets must be approved by management and will only be permitted in the apartment with pet agreement in the lease and photograph attached. Pet deposit of $250.00 (per pet) and a non-refundable fee of $250.00 (per pet) is required. Mature dogs 70lbs or less will be permitted. No puppies or aggressive breeds are allowed.
