West Texas Red Raiders 👆🏼 ➡️ New DFW friends & neighbors!❤️🖤🏀
Dale and Sherry made the big move from our beloved Lubbock and are settling near us in Rhome — almost neighbors now! They came to me as a referral, and from the very first conversation we realized we shared so many of the same things: faith, family, a love for West Texas, and Texas Tech basketball❤️👆🏼🏀.
Looks like Rhome just gained a couple more Red Raiders… Guns Up travels well from Lubbock to Wise County! ❤️🖤
At one point Sherry joked that she’d “never bought a house that came with a built-in best friend,” and honestly that’s exactly what this felt like. We had an immediate connection and had so much fun helping them find the perfect place with a little land to call home.
What made this closing even more fun? Our seller and his agent were also from West Texas (Seminole!) so it truly felt like a reunion. A big shoutout to , the listing agent, Rocky Presley, who was phenomenal to work with. Smooth and joyful transactions happen when great people are on both sides.
