For awhile, my buyers felt stuck. They had outgrown their current home, but everything they liked in their neighborhood either felt like too many compromises or came with so much competition that it was hard to imagine it working out.

They started to think their only option was to move to a newer neighborhood.

So we stayed patient and kept looking — not just at what was on the MLS, but also through conversations, connections, and keeping our ears open for the right opportunity.

And eventually, it showed up.

A home on one of their favorite streets. Off market. In their budget. And it checked all the boxes they thought they’d have to compromise on.

No bidding war. No settling. No moving away from the neighborhood they love.

This is one of my favorite parts of the job. Sometimes the right house isn’t the one everyone sees online. Sometimes it’s just about staying connected, being patient, and knowing where to look.
