Last but not least - Available NOW Apt #6 in the Bomar (in Fairmount). $1,255. Now we've had some in and out (ie lease breaking and evicting yowza) in this unit, not sure why, so I'm hoping for a good, stable tenant here. We've just spent a ton putting ceramic what-what window film high performance on all of the windows which dropped the summer Sept temp in there a ton and didn't cause much loss of light. So it's still pretty, just cooler for summer. You know this but to recap -- 2 blocks off of Magnolia, 3rd floor, wood floors, 1 bed, w/d hookups, street parking, cats and teeny tiny dogs, front balcony view of Farimount and Ft Worth. Won't work for room mates, just bed mates.
