Here is a brief update on the National economy and how it relates to the housing market. With Texas being one of only 6 states to show double digit job growth since COVID, it SUGGESTS that there could be strong growth in the buyers market! Please sahre your thoughts.

The latest monthly figures show 178,000 net new job additions in March, but this growth is offsetting the 133,000 job losses in the prior month.
