Stacey Blair, Realtor - Fathom Realty As a former Comm'l Underwriter with expertise in Res/Comm'l Inspections, Stacey has the know-how to

After a successful 30 year career in commercial underwriting and an equally challenging role as a single Mom raising two daughters, Stacey Blair felt the urge to build a career of her own and began the process of obtaining her real estate license. Stacey was originally licensed in 2015, and has never looked back! Utilizing a strong work ethic and never quit attitude, she has consistently been a to

p producing agent at different brokerages throughout her career. If being a full time realtor was not enough, she has recently started a Staging and Decorating business as well. A client recently mentioned that whether someone is buying or selling in a hot market or in today’s challenging market with higher interest rates, Stacey’s knowledge and love of Parker and Tarrant counties along with the surrounding areas shows through in her attention to detail. Her real estate business clientele varies widely, from first time home buyers, referrals, and repeat clients who have new real estate needs. These clients may be moving to a larger home, a different school district, downsizing, have an estate to settle, or need farm and ranch acreage. Stacey views each client as a valued friend and works to understand their goals regarding real estate, and knows that each goal is as individual as the client she serves. To have several files and properties working simultaneously can be a challenge, but it is one that Stacey is adept at meeting, as long ass he has the morning cup of coffee and time with her garden, the birds, squirrels, and dogs at her lovingly restored home in an historic district. Stacey is a relationship builder, and this has led to many repeat and referral clients who simply ”cannot imagine entrusting anyone else with their real estate needs. Buying a home or any property can be a stressful and emotional undertaking, and Stacey is cognizant of that and finds herself often taking on the role of an adviser, counselor, and even a peace maker at times to serve her clients to the best of her ability. Stacey remarked that “real estate is not a one size fits all product, and I have to truly understand the wants and needs of everyone I represent.” Stacey has a complete list of vendors that includes professional photographers, mortgage lenders, and even contractors to ensure the success and marketing of the property. Stacey truly enjoys ”setting the stage” for her sellers, and has expanded that into the Staging business for her listings as well as for other real estate professionals. Recently, an executive in Fort Worth employed Stacey to find a suitable residence close to his office. After securing the property, she was entrusted with a daunting project of establishing a style of decor, and then shopping for, arranging delivery of, and decorating the entire home completely from scratch, as her client travels extensively for business and was unable to be present for much of the process. This was literally a blank canvas and empty home that was furnished from living room to multiple bedrooms, baths, kitchen, office, and artwork. Her client was absolutely blown away and delighted by the attention to detail and careful thought given to his home by Stacey. When Stacey is able to tear herself away from the career she loves, she enjoys a very active social life with her friends and family. A true passion for Stacey is entertaining in her home with unique and delicious meals, including her ”Famous Chicken” and ”Amazing Buttermilk Pie”, among others. Stacey feels that she is blessed no two days are ever the same, and looks forward to each new day. She truly believes in the saying that ”if you do what you love, you will never have to work a day in your life.”

✔ Stage patios, decks, or outdoor seating areas

Everyone has that one thing that instantly jumps to the top of their wish list.
For some, it's a large kitchen.
For others, it's a quiet backyard, a walk-in closet, a dedicated office, or a garage with extra storage.
The truth is, no home is perfect—but knowing your non-negotiables makes the search much easier.

Everyone seems to know someone with real estate advice.
"My cousin says prices are about to crash."
"My neighbor says you should wait."
"My coworker says now's the perfect time to buy."
The problem?
Every market is different.
Every buyer is different.
Every seller is different.
Real estate decisions should be based on current market data, your financial goals, and professional guidance—not random opinions.
Before making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life, talk to someone who studies the market every day.
💬 What's the funniest real estate advice you've ever heard?

It's funny how some things don't seem important... until they become part of your everyday life.
You might not think about:
🚗 How easy it is to back out of the driveway
🌞 Which rooms get afternoon sun
📦 Whether there's enough storage
🛒 How far the grocery store is
🌳 How much yard work the property needs
🚮 Where you'll keep the trash bins
🚶 Whether the neighborhood is walkable
A home isn't just where you sleep—it's where your daily routine happens.
The little details often become the ones that matter the most.
💬 What's something you didn't think about until after moving into a home?
