📅 July 12 through July 18

📍Wise County
Inventory continues to build with 48 new listings, while 28 homes went under contract and 22 homes sold 🏡
Price reductions jumped to 93, up 15% from this time last year, showing that many sellers are adjusting to meet today’s market 💰

📍Tarrant County
A busy week with 615 new listings, 428 homes under contract, and 442 homes sold 🙌
Price reductions remain high at 852, while price increases dropped to just 35, giving buyers more negotiating power 🤝

📍Denton County
Denton continues to show strong demand with 326 homes sold, up 10% from last year 📈
There were 470 new listings and 312 homes went under contract, while 776 price reductions remind us that pricing your home correctly is more important than ever 🎯

The market continues to stay active across North Texas with buyers and sellers making moves. Here’s what happened this week 👇

📍 Wise County
🏠 56 new listings hit the market
🤝 25 homes went under contract
🔑 31 homes sold
📉 82 price reductions show sellers are adjusting to meet the market
📈 Only 9 price increases this week

📍 Tarrant County
🏠 734 new listings
🤝 496 homes went under contract
🔑 454 homes sold
📉 1,011 price reductions created more opportunities for buyers
📈 84 price increases

📍 Denton County
🏠 540 new listings
🤝 302 homes went under contract
🔑 273 homes sold
📉 925 price reductions
📈 92 price increases

💡 The biggest takeaway this week is that price reductions continue to outpace price increases across all three counties. Sellers who price their homes correctly from the start are putting themselves in the best position to attract buyers quickly. Buyers have plenty of fresh inventory to choose from and may find opportunities with motivated sellers 👏
