Hello Neighbors! Here's a market update for you all. Are you thinking of selling in this crazy market? There's some things you'll want to know.

The market is changing. 90 days ago we had 3805 listings in Tarrant County and now we currently have 6001. Months of inventory went from 1 month to 2. Because the sellers market was so extreme, we are still in a sellers market, however, if we double inventory again that would change.

Some of you may think that this market is tanking. 90 days ago we were selling 89 homes a month. We are now selling 97 a month. So there's actually more transactions now than 90 days ago. We are just adding much more homes to market.

I try use stats and not listen to the doom and gloom. Is the market changing? Curtianly. Is it a buyers market? No. Not yet at least. Are we headed to a buyers market? I have no idea. But neither does anyone else. What I do know is if you are thinking of selling, this could be your best time to do it for a while.
