2025 recap-Don’t be afraid of change! At the end of 2024, after much consideration, I switched brokerages at the very last minute. It was nothing against the company I was with, they were really nice people. I really liked them! But, I knew deep down I had to make a move if I wanted to succeed in the real estate business. As a brand new realtor, I needed more than what they could offer! Thank God I know how to follow His voice! I might have fallen a little short of the sales goal I set for myself, but I’m still extremely proud of the progress I made in my first full active year of real estate. I really don’t suggest cloud brokerages unless you have the experience and network. I learned the hard way. Just because there’s not a fee doesn’t mean there’s not a cost. Cost isn’t always monetary…sometimes it’s value, time, or opportunity! I fell a little short of my 2025 sales goal by a couple of million. I’m coming for 2026 with a vengeance! I’m going to achieve that goal and much much more!
