Steve is dedicated to giving back to the Fort Worth community and has taught at TCU as an extended education instructor, while also serving on several regional nonprofit boards, including the Fort Worth Transportation Authority (The T), Region C Water Planning Group, Streams and Valleys, Trinity Improvement Association and Union Gospel Mission, among many others. Through these civic relationships, Steve is well-connected within the North Texas business community and is often sought out for speaking opportunities and market commentary. In addition to professional development and civic involvement, Steve firmly believes that devotion to one’s faith leads to a successful life. Steve holds a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business.
