Do I go on vacation...Yes...But I am always working. I take what I need to take with me to make sure I can still do my job and make sure YOU are taken care of at all times. Having a team of professionals at Century 21 Judge Fite to assist if I need it as well. While on vacation I was able to secure a buyer for my listing and went under contract. Enjoyed the Realtor luncheon at EMSISD and learning information about the bond vote coming up, new things happening within the district and mostly getting to tour the new Ag building that is almost complete for Ag classes and for FFA to utilize for their program. It’s an amazing building for a wonderful organization that helped my kid so much in her days of high school.

Sometimes when it's challenging it is that much more rewarding when you are successful. In this case, the clients had a journey with getting under contract on another home and it not working out. This one was the winner! Truly a teamwork makes the dream work situation, a tight timeline made things challenging and literally came down to the wire. With DR Horton and the amazing sales rep that kept our tight timeline in top of mind and having me on the buyer's team to keep things in line and on time with the lender, title and builder, these buyers are thrilled to move into their new home this weekend.
