Update!
Last night I got to go to a concert for the first time in a long time, with my darling sister. SK has such a beautiful voice. Blown away by how talented people are!!

Lately I’ve been so deep in work that I’ve struggled to organize my time, and this was such a sweet reminder of everything sweet around me.

God is teaching me fearlessness in so many ways in my work and personal life. Christ followers should be the boldest people on this planet because ultimately, there’s nothing to lose. I’m seeing that in my business and in opportunities opening up, not just to manage, but to go deeper.
God has answered so many specific prayers this year, and I want to be awake to witness it!!

Can’t believe it is already April and only April all at the same time!! Here’s to being tired from work in a good way and not grumbling, and staying present even in the hard days.

Today I'm in Missouri with the family on my mama's side, and I can't wait to share those memories, but I cherish the family I have back in the Fort. I gave up Jackson for Vasquez, and what a gift it is to be loved by them. So beyond thankful for the Family I have. Madrid, Gorman, Martinez, Vasquez, Jackson, Snowden and the list goes on. So thankful. I can’t believe what God has done this year.

Ask me what it’s like to know what the love of Christ looks like, and I’ll tell you about my dear friend Cing. Goodness. This darling woman has taught me so much and is a specific example of God's grace to me over the years. To love the husband of a dear friend has been another joy. This holy moment, I can't believe I shared in it. There is so much fun to this walk or dance as you'll see in the later pictures. I can always count on Ariel to help throw the bride around! Can't believe I get to share now and eternity with y'all. I'm so honored.

GUYS!!! God is so good.
I know that may sound cliché until you understand the backstory.

Earlier this year, I hit an emotional and spiritual wall. I kept feeling like my work had become more of a burden than a joy. And yes, work naturally has its ups and downs, but this felt different. There was a domino effect of tough things that happened in Ivan’s and my life. It felt like I would take five strides forward only to be knocked ten steps back.

And honestly, it wasn’t because I was being perfectly faithful or constantly seeking the Lord. It was Him seeking after me.

One of the best phone calls I received this year was followed by a sermon that started playing as soon as I got in the car. The very first words were, “If God provides for the birds, will He not also provide for you?” Tears flooded my eyes. I was reminded: He is my Protector and my Keeper. He is the kind Father. He is the One who presses in when I run.

Thanksgiving is more than a day on the calendar — it is a way of living when Christ is near.
And He is near to the brokenhearted.

This year, I’ve sold nearly $5 million in volume. I still don’t fully understand why God would be so gracious and sweet to bless me in this season, but He did — and in His perfect timing.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with your business and supported me. There is something so precious about walking with people as they make one of the most significant investments of their lives. What a privilege it is. The more I learn this craft, the more I grow in learning how to serve others. What a gift.

This was a very special closing for so many reasons! We were 20 days on market when the average was nearly 60 in this specific market. So thankful. What I love about this job is what each of these sales symbolizes. To these two, it symbolized freedom and their future. I love them so very much! Thankful for our out-of-state buyers. I am rich in love, for God has lifted me from the depths of self and helped me gaze upon Him.
My perception has been so skewed, for I have no true concept of the abundance of grace that has been poured out on me.

I am so unable to grasp the extent of His protection that I find myself frustrated with such a kind God over momentary discomfort.
Yet I am overwhelmed by how patient He is with me.

This heart of mine is so fickle and selfish
I can hardly believe He has lifted me from my lowly position, just to reveal more of Himself.

His undeserving daughter cries out, “Dad, hold me,” and He never let go.
So foolish I’ve been, and still, His love comes like a fire consuming and burning out all impurities.

Thank You, Father, for Your perfect love.
