Not one, but two closings this week!
Mary and her sweet family lost her husband last year and decided it was time for a change. When we initially spoke about them selling the home she raised her children in, it was obviously an emotional decision. She wanted to find a new place that she could continue to host parties with her family (lots of parking!), space for her children to grow, and a bathtub for her to relax in after a long day of celebrating and parenting! With thanks to my colleague Will Pepper, we were able to secure her a BRAND new home, with a low interest rate, and a perfect buyer for her cherished home!
This is what it means to support people to move into their next chapter of life, as bittersweet as it may be, cheers to a new chapter!
