Abilene, TX – March 3, 2026 – The Woodmont Company is pleased to announce the successful sale of the 10,200-square-foot Skechers retail location at 2365 S Danville, Abilene, TX. The property, listed on December 25, 2025, went under contract in just 21 days and officially closed on February 11, 2026, after receiving multiple offers.

The Woodmont Company represented the seller in the transaction, with Britton Lankford, SVP of Brokerage, and Russel Wehesner, VP of Investment Sales, leading the deal. The buyer was represented by Andy Kutach of Expansion Realty Partners.
