The Woodmont Company is expanding our brokerage team! We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Real Estate Broker to immediately take ownership of an active, multi-state portfolio of national retail out-parcels (sales, build-to-suit, and ground leases).
What sets this role apart?
• Day-One Inventory: Step directly into marketing key outlots and excess land parcels across Texas, Illinois, Colorado, Kansas, and Arkansas.
• Aggressive Upside: Direct deal flow backed by a performance-based bonus structure designed for high achievers.
• Full-Platform Support: Work alongside our in-house development, property management, and marketing teams while leveraging top-tier industry tools (CoStar, Advan, Retail Lease Trac).
Requirements:
• Active Texas Real Estate License
• 2–5+ years in retail brokerage, land disposition, or outlot leasing
• Proven track record in ground leases, BTS, and retail tenant negotiations
