In every friend group, there’s always a home that naturally becomes the gathering place.

This is the home where friends stay a little longer after dinner, the kids have room to run and play, and someone always suggests one last swim before bedtime. Between the covered patio, outdoor kitchen, putting green, and incredible backyard, it’s easy to picture weekends unfolding here.

It’s one of our favorite parts of this home, and one that’s surprisingly hard to find in Monticello.
