💫And just like that! Summer seems like it flew by and the kids are gearing up for back to school! But end of summer does not mean that the lake closes down! Lake life is year-round! As I write this report, I’m sitting on my screened in patio soaking in the peace and tranquility around me! I can’t tell you how many times someone calls me and then they just stop and say “where are you? It sounds like paradise!?“ It truly is! Life in the city has become so busy and exhausting if you ask me! Yes, I have to drive a little further from my office which is in town by TCU but that drive is absolutely worth it! It’s worth it to wake up and go to sleep every day feeling like you’re on vacation! It’s worth it to still feel like you are surrounded by the green and the blue and all the colors of nature! And it’s worth it to see the deer visit you every day and hang out at the feeder with all the birds and the squirrels! Sure we get some loud music here and there, and a loud boat decides to show off occasionally , but 99% of the time it feels like paradise! Life is short! I was just reminded that last weekend more than ever when I lost my little brother. 🙏🏻 Don’t wait! If you’ve been dreaming of lake life, there’s no better time than right now! 💥 Bam! Love it when this happens! The house that we featured on the last Lakehouse report is now under contract! Not sure if we had anything to do it, but I like to hope and think that we did?.?.!! 💥🎉🎉🎉🎉

Most weekends when I post this report, I posted early in the morning when I’ve got plenty of time sitting around having my coffee to just start writing the editorial and ramble on as long as I can! lol. But Lordy this weekend has been super busy with a new listing that is not on the lake but in three days worth of open houses we had 53 groups come through! But I still wanted to jump on here and give you guys the information on the current Eagle Mountain Lake Lakehouse stats!
There’s definitely activity happening! We had seven contracts on the last report and then seven closings on this one! And we are seeing some great deals happening as I’ve said. I’m believe the Lakehouse market has cooled a bit (compared to the last four years) and it’s a fantastic time for buyers! If you follow my report regularly, you know that Eagle Mountain lake has so much to offer! There’s something for everyone ranging from little lake cabins up to mansions and castles! And each, and every one of them has their own unique view!! I hope you enjoy getting a sneak peek into the wide variety!
