Summer is heating up while many of the Lakehouse prices have cooled down! BUYERS- now is a fantastic time to get back in the market for an Eagle Mountain Lake Lakehouse!!!!!Over the last year I have seen a lot of “adjustment” after prices rose post-Covid! After the stay at home/shelter in place when everyone realized that a “simple box” just wouldn’t do and they all wanted a lake house! I feel like the supply and demand drove prices up! But then I heard various Buyers saying prices “felt” over inflated, so the Demand dropped. I’m happy to say that I feel strongly that the market has corrected itself! justice last week I saw a listing go back on the market with a $950,000 price drop! Seriously😳! It was listed last year at 3.199 million and it went off market back in April but it is back and now listed at 2.25 million !
