For the LONGEST time, I refused to buy one of these fancy signs for my listings because I literally thought that I’d have to dig a giant hole in my clients yard 😂

I LOVE and specialize in working with first time home buyers! But… something I commonly run into is a new buyer thinking that the home has to be absolutely perfect.

✨Perfect forever home

But the reality is.. your first home usually isn’t your forever home and that is a good thing believe it or not. The real move is purchasing your first asset!

Wealth is built in real estate through this path… let me show you.

I will always feel truly blessed that I get to be part of such a big moment in peoples lives!

- Average rent price in Dallas-Fort Worth: $1,500-$2,000+ (and this is on the more conservative side so my clients tell me)
- 12 months in a year: $18,000-$24,000+ per year that you are paying towards something you will NEVER own!
