We are pleased to announce the major expansion and redesign of Crate & Barrel Dallas Outlet's hallmark Ace on Inwood location. Originally opened in 1990 at 1317 Inwood Drive, the legacy store has long served as a vital destination for the local trade community and regional home designers.

The location is set to scale its operation, growing its overall footprint from 12,000 to 18,000 square feet. Central to this project is a massive floor-plan overhaul that will triple the active showroom from 5,000 to 15,000 square feet, creating a modern, high capacity retail setting that honors Crate & Barrel’s legacy of quality, function, and curated design.

The Cellars has completed their renovation of their almost 15,000 SF space at M2G's OB Mac, transforming it into a luxurious and elegant environment designed for w**e enthusiasts to connect and enjoy their collections.

Nearly 15,000 square feet of w**e, history and craftsmanship is now open at M2G's OB Mac.

The Cellars brings private w**e storage and a members-only social club to the building. Inside, you’ll find walk-in cellars built around OB Mac’s original wooden beams, community tables made from 150-year-old London timber, and a stone-walled, barrel-ceilinged lounge inspired by Saint-Émilion.

At M2G, we believe art can speak for us when words are not adequate. It serves as an inspiration piece throughout most of our projects, and our ventures in philanthropy are no different. We have strategically partnered with local, regional, and national artists to commission these pieces, with all auction proceeds benefitting the mission of Soar.

We are pleased to announce that M2G Ventures has been named a finalist for D CEO’s The Innovation Awards 2027 in the Innovation in Real Estate and Hospitality category!

At M2G, innovation starts with what a site already has - its history, its structure, its bones. Instead of applying a template, we build the repositioning around that foundation so the place feels distinct. We treat art, branding, and identity as functional parts of a development, not finishing touches, turning overlooked industrial and retail buildings into places with a distinct sense of character and belonging rather than generic, interchangeable product.

Inwood Design District and Ace on Inwood are the perfect example of what innovation looks like to us. The 14-building, 38-acre campus along Inwood Road unites industrial ingenuity and retail energy under one design-forward commerce district. At its center is The Art Docks, a curated collection of 18 murals by Texas, national, and international artists. These murals cover industrial walls that had gone untouched for more than two decades, and turned them into an outdoor gallery that’s part of daily life on site.

M2G is honored to participate in Cristo Rey Fort Worth High School’s corporate work-study draft day for the third year in a row! For the 2026-2027 school year, the M2G team will be working with two Cristo Rey students to show them the ropes of the commercial real estate industry providing the students an opportunity to gain real-life experience.

Partnering with more than 3,200 businesses nationwide, Cristo Rey schools are changing the face of urban education in the US. The program has evolved into an innovative means of providing students with crucial hands-on work experience, while simultaneously empowering them to assume an active role in financing the larger portion of their education.

We look forward to supporting these students and watching them shine!
