THE RATE YOU’RE WAITING FOR COULD COST YOU THE HOUSE YOU CAN AFFORD TODAY. 👀

Let’s put some real numbers on paper.

Say you find a $415,000 house today.

You decide to wait for rates to come down.

Makes sense… right?

But what if that same house is $445,000 by the time rates drop because values have increased and buyers are back in the game?

You got the lower rate.

But you also paid $30,000 more for the house.

And if competition heats up, you could find yourself in a multiple-offer situation, potentially offering more than the home appraises for and having to bring that difference in cash to closing.

So the lower rate you were waiting for may not actually mean a lower payment.

And you could end up paying more, competing harder, and needing more cash just to get the same house you could have bought today.

I’m not saying everyone should buy today.

I’m saying don’t assume waiting automatically saves you money.

Because rates can change.
