Every transaction has a story. In this case, I worked with the buyers who are amazing clients and now they will be my NEIGHBORS and great friends. Fountain Village is a small gated community on the Acton/FW side of town and we LOVE WHERE WE LIVE. This is a lovely home and a great fit for these honeymooners!! I will miss the Sellers of course as they go on to their next chapter but I’m grateful for the trust and proud to get it CLOSED and SOLD!

There were a few unexpected turns, but we worked through it and made it to the finish line 🤍 Carey Norton and her crackerjack team at Town Square Title did an excellent job on a very short close!!
