A big thank you to the Granbury Association of REALTORS® for hosting today’s class on the new TREC Seller’s Disclosure About Groundwater and Surface Water Rights (Form 61-0).

Susan and I were there because being YOUR Team means more to us than handling the title work once a contract hits our desk.

It means showing up. Learning. Staying current. And understanding the issues that could affect your clients and your transactions.

And this one matters.

There’s a lot more to the new water disclosure than simply asking, “Does the property have a well?” Wells, ponds and water tanks, groundwater districts, shared-well agreements, groundwater rights and surface-water rights can all come into play.

One of our biggest takeaways? Don’t wait until closing to think about it. When the contract calls for the disclosure, timing can affect a buyer’s termination rights.

Last night, the Sendera Title – Granbury team was honored to support a Mah Jongg fundraiser benefiting local business owner Marie Szczesny as she courageously battles cancer.
For many small business owners, an illness doesn't just affect their health—it can also impact their livelihood. That's why evenings like this matter so much.
We had a wonderful time learning Mah Jongg with Sally Timmons, sharing plenty of laughs, and spending the evening alongside fellow REALTORS®, friends, and community members—all while supporting an incredible woman and an important cause.
A heartfelt thank you to Signature Beauty Bar & Fashions for hosting such a meaningful event. Your generosity brought our community together in a beautiful way, reminding us just how powerful local support can be.
