Buying a home isn’t the time to get cute with big purchases or job changes. One wrong move before closing and the whole deal can fall apart. I’ve seen it happen… and it’s brutal.

If you’re under contract in Fort Worth and not sure what’s safe and what’s not, ask me first. I’ll keep your deal protected and your stress low.

Travel and Leisure just ranked Fort Worth the #1 Best Place to Live in Texas — and as someone born and raised here, I’m breaking down exactly why they got it right.

Fort Worth offers big-city opportunity without the chaos, real affordability compared to Dallas and Austin, top-rated neighborhoods, booming job growth, world-class culture, and a community feel that’s hard to beat.

If you're thinking about moving to Texas or relocating to Fort Worth, comment “FORT WORTH” and I’ll send you my full neighborhood guide.

They finally made an action figure for Realtors who negotiate like a pit bull, film Reels like a Gen Z intern, and still say “y’all” every third sentence. Comes with a SOLD sign, two phones, a laptop, and an unhealthy level of confidence in Fort Worth real estate. If it starts talking, it’s probably telling you to click the link in my bio.

If you’ve got my number saved, this one’s for you. 👋

I’ve been helping Fort Worth families buy and sell for almost a decade...and after seeing too many sellers leave money on the table, I built a 50-point marketing plan that gets results.

If you’re even thinking about selling in the next 6 months (or just want to know what your home could actually sell for in this market), shoot me a quick message and I’ll send you my free Fort Worth Home Value Blueprint.

🏫 Should you move for Tanglewood? Or is Lily B Clayton or Overton Park just as good?

I get asked this all the time — not just as a realtor, but as a dad.

My oldest son, Caleb, went the Lily B ➝ McLean ➝ Paschal route, where he played golf.

My youngest, Julian, started at Chapel Hill Academy, but when it was time for middle school we moved to Foster Park so he could go McLean ➝ Paschal — for both baseball and academics. Today, he’s playing college baseball. ⚾️

Here’s what matters: Tanglewood, Lily B Clayton, and Overton Park all feed into McLean Middle and Paschal High School. That’s the path families in Fort Worth want.

Tanglewood = the heavyweight 🥇
Lily B Clayton = historic + community pride 🏡
Overton Park = rising star 🌟
