Our Story

As a former All-American Athlete at TCU, Kolby Simonson Stewart knows what it takes to work hard to be successful and applies her winning attitude to her growing real estate business. Kolby is dedicated to helping clients find the property that best fits their needs and believes that communication, honesty and exceptional service are the guidelines to a successful closing.

Kolby has represented hundreds of sales transactions and is well versed in residential real estate. Her association and interest in the equestrian industry led her to specialize in farms and ranches. Her sales have included complex transactions such as large acreage ranches with superior horse facilities and recreational hunting ranches featuring wild game.

She was born in Scottsdale, Arizona but spent a lot of time growing up in Durango, Colorado. She attended Texas Christian University where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. Many of her favorite travel destinations are right in her backyard, including Telluride, Silverton, Moab, Utah and Lake Powell. She has also traveled throughout Europe and spent a glorious honeymoon in Moorea, Tahiti. Among her favorite Texas experiences is going to Magnolia Street in Fort Worth and enjoying its many great restaurants and establishments. The neighborhood is a wonderful blend of old and new and highlights some of Fort Worth’s interesting history.

Real estate provides Kolby an opportunity to do what she likes best which is meeting clients, listening to their needs and exploring opportunities for them. She recognizes that home buying is a personal decision and can often be a stressful process. She tries to impart as much information as possible to make the process easier and more seamless. Her favorite part of transactions is ‘after the close’, when friendships are continued. In her spare time, she loves to go the ranch where her husband works as a professional cutting horse trainer and she joins him to work the horses. Early morning when the sun rises in the spring and fall, when the dew is on the grass in the pasture and the horses are grazing, bring a sense of peace to her life.
