If we had a crystal ball 🔮 for the next 6 months in the DFW market… here’s what we think 👇

We believe buyers will continue to gain a little more negotiating power, inventory will stay higher than what we saw during the frenzy years, and sellers who price strategically (instead of emotionally) are going to win.

That said… DFW is still DFW. We continue to see strong long-term demand, population growth, and opportunities for both buyers and sellers who understand THIS market instead of yesterday’s market.

The days of throwing a sign in the yard and naming your price may be behind us… but the opportunities? They’re still very much here.
