Not everybody needs to buy a house right now.

Yep. A REALTOR just said that. 🤷‍♀️😂

Sometimes renting makes more sense. Sometimes staying put is the smartest move. And sometimes you're absolutely ready to buy, but you're letting fear talk you out of it!

Here's the thing...

**My job isn't to convince you to make a move. My job is to help you figure out which move actually makes sense for YOU.**

And if the answer is "not right now," that's perfectly fine with me!

I'd rather earn your trust today than push you into a decision you'll regret tomorrow.

I learned pretty early as a mom that the right teacher can completely change a child’s experience at school. ❤️

My son struggled in school when he was younger. There were years when learning was hard, sitting in a classroom was hard, and honestly… just getting through the school day could be hard.

And then there were *those teachers.*

The ones who took the time to understand him instead of labeling him. The ones who saw the good in him, figured out how he learned, gave him grace when he needed it and pushed him when they knew he could do more.

Those teachers changed his school experience — and they changed mine as his mom.

So on World Teachers’ Day, THANK YOU to the teachers who take the extra minute, give the extra encouragement and see the kid behind the behavior or the struggle.

Parents remember those teachers.

And I promise you, the kids do too. ❤️🍎

😂 Okay, this might be the most accurate AI version of me yet.

If I came in an action figure box, apparently I’d come fully equipped with contracts, keys, caffeine, content creation, a purple Jeep, tour groups, a little real estate therapy 🍷… and about 47 things on my to-do list. 😂💜

But the part AI got DEAD RIGHT?

People First, ALWAYS.
Because behind every listing, showing, negotiation and closing is an actual person with an actual life happening.

My favorite season is finally here — at least according to the calendar. 😂

Texas may still be out here acting like it’s July, but mentally I’m already in sweaters, drinking something warm, making all the cozy food and waiting VERY impatiently for that first cool morning.

House hunting gets a whole lot easier when you know the difference between “I need it” and “I reallyyyyy want it.” 😂🏡

Before you start looking, make two lists: your must-haves and your nice-to-haves.

Location, number of bedrooms, lot size, layout — those can be harder (or impossible) to change.

Paint colors, flooring, fixtures, and finishes? Those can come later.

The goal isn’t necessarily finding a house that checks every single box. It’s knowing which boxes actually matter. 💜
