Let me tell you about these awesome clients of mine because they are my unicorns 🦄
Today they closed on the VERY FIRST home that we looked at and submitted an offer on! And if you know about the way the market is going right now, you would know how amazing that is.
After all, most buyers are submitting offers on multiple homes before seeing their offer accepted!
That being said, from the VERY beginning, we have had to jump a few hurdles. Their offer actually wasn’t the first offer accepted. The day after they were told the sellers went with another offer, we were called about the first buyers falling through and the opportunity to make this THEIR HOME 💕
If you are buying in the market right now, stay positive! There is still some magic out there and it tends to come to those who know what they want in a house and work hard to make it theirs!
