According to the latest Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS® report, Fort Worth had 3,327 active listings, 841 closed sales and a $327,500 median home price. The city had 3.7 months of inventory, giving buyers more options while creating a market where pricing and strategy continue to matter for sellers.
