So as you can see homes are still being sold the question now is if your realtor s good at marketing? October 31 thru November 1, I received 150 either expired or cancelled listings. I starting call people to ask why they thought their home didn’t sell. One answer was the current economy, I.e. that new word some reports say we just now are learning “inflation”, and second was realtor for the last 5 years could honestly just stick a sign in the yard post on MLS and have it sold over the weekend with multiple offers and above asking . People that is not the case now we have to return to what we need to do, stay in your lane, and market the home!
