If you’ve been wondering whether now is the “right time” to buy a home — the answer is yes — especially before the spring market frenzy hits!

Here’s the real deal: while spring and summer are traditionally the busiest times to buy and sell, that peak season also comes with a lot more competition — and often higher prices. Historically, May has been one of the most expensive months to purchase a home because so many buyers hit the market at once.
