Denton County Realtor reportedly under investigation following a growing number of client complaints.

Sources say concerns began surfacing after multiple buyers and sellers described the same unusual behavior.

Allegations reportedly include:
- responding to texts "suspiciously fast"
- knowing contract details without having to "look it up"
- becoming emotionally invested in clients' homes
- investigating neighborhoods, builders, and resale value excessively
- taking negotiations "far too personally"
- refusing to let clients make reckless financial decisions
- continuing to check on clients after closing

One anonymous source stated:
"She treated our purchase like it was her own investment."

Another reported:
"I asked one question and somehow received a full strategy plan, lender recommendation, timeline, and backup options within the hour."

Authorities are still gathering information at this time. 🔍
