Everybody’s living in a different year. 😂

Buyers think it’s 2008.
Sellers think it’s 2021.
And apparently, I still think I’m 35. 😂

But here’s the truth…
I am DEFINITELY NOT 35 anymore……
and the market does NOT care what any of us think it should be doing.

A home isn’t worth what it sold for three years ago. It isn’t automatically worth what the neighbor is asking.

The market tells us what’s happening through the homes that are ACTUALLY selling, how long they’re taking to sell, what buyers are willing to pay, what sellers are willing to accept, and what’s sitting…….
because the two haven’t met yet!

That’s the information I want my clients making decisions from.

Not headlines.
Not 2021.
Not 2008.
What’s actually happening right NOW.

The Texas A&M University System officially opened its new downtown Fort Worth campus!

The new building is home to the A&M School of Law and other programs including engineering, business, healthcare, pharmacy, biotechnology and medical laboratory sciences.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony concluded with the groundbreaking of the Research & Innovation Building-A, a facility designed to bring university researchers, state agencies and private-sector partners together.

The two buildings will serve as the academic and research anchors of the Switchyard Innovation District, a planned hub for education, research, entrepreneurship and business collaboration in southeast downtown Fort Worth.
