Yes, homes are still selling fast. Yes, it can be inconveniently stressful for a brief period of time. Yes, time frames are tight. Yes, now is still a good time to buy and sell. Sellers would have loved this market even as little as 4-5 years ago when homes were taking longer to sell and sale prices were well below list price.

Our plan worked! And then we took a look at the timeline and freaked out just a bit. If all went well, we'd hand over the keys to our home in 28 to 30 days.
