I could not be more excited for the Blankenship's! 🎉 Today they closed on the home they have prayed for and worked so hard to make their own.

It was my absolute pleasure getting to know this amazing couple and walking alongside them during such an important step in their journey. Their unwavering faith, positivity, and careful planning were inspiring from start to finish.

I have to give credit where credit is due. Harriett Elkins was an absolute rock star. When we were told we might not close on time, she went above and beyond—without hesitation—to make it happen, and I don’t say that lightly.

And Alicia Persons is, without question, one of the hardest‑working Realtors I’ve ever encountered. This was not an easy transaction by any means, and she was relentless in making sure her clients reached the finish line.

We prayed hard, worked hard, and in the end, we closed on schedule.

It was a perfect closing. 🙏🏡

A funny real estate moment from this morning…

Beautiful spring morning. Birds chirping.
Me: under a house, living my best REALTOR® life.
Buyer’s agent: casually tours the home… hears voices…
Then suddenly I emerge from the crawlspace like a confused gopher.
Not awkward at all. 😂
She’s filming, I think it’s a photo… so I just freeze and smile like a NPC. 😂

Yesterday was a full-circle moment for me — not just as a real estate agent, but as a proud dad. I had the honor of representing Carley and Autra as the listing agent for their first home in Cu***ng, GA — the same home I helped them purchase years ago when they were my very first clients. 💙
