I still remember it like it was yesterday. We pulled into Orchards at Mulberry Grove for the first time and didnā€™t even make it to the end of the street before we looked at each other and said ā€” this is home.

šŸ”Eight transactions. Eleven years. One family that has trusted me through some of lifeā€™s biggest moments.šŸ„°

This one was different.
When we listed this home, it wasnā€™t just a property ā€” it was the home their mother left behind. šŸ„ŗClosing this chapter was emotional for all of us. But this family handled it with so much grace, and it was an honor to be the one they called when it mattered most.

They also trusted my advice when it came to pricing. In an estate situation, emotions run high ā€” and pricing a loved oneā€™s home is never easy. But they listened, we priced it competitively, and the market responded. We were under contract in just 7 days and closed in 3 weeks.

Thatā€™s what happens when trust goes both ways.

Over the years, theyā€™ve invited me into milestone after milestone ā€” and somewhere along the way, they started sending their family members my way too, because they believed in what we built together. That kind of loyalty isnā€™t something I take lightly. Itā€™s something I work every single day to deserve.

Thereā€™s so much noise out there about when to buy, how much to put down, and whether the market is ā€œrightā€ ā€” and honestly? Most of it just creates confusion.
