Today’s closing hit different. 🏡💛

Confession: this husband tried to leave me for another agent. 😂 Shiny object syndrome got him for a minute — signed with someone else the first time around, got a lot of promises and not a lot of results.

Lucky for me (and for them), they came back. Because that’s the thing about repeat clients — once you’ve done right by someone, they remember. This was round two with this family, and I wasn’t about to let a rebound listing agent be the end of our story.

We talked honestly about where the Florida market actually stands right now. They trusted the strategy, we priced it right, and within 72 hours we were under contract at full asking price.

Today, they closed. And today, they get to start rebuilding after some genuinely hard financial circumstances.

This is the part of the job nobody posts enough about. It’s not about being the agent with the most sales or the loudest name in town. It’s about showing up, telling clients the truth, and being the one they come back to when it matters most.
