Sacramento this week for a Pace Morby meetup 🔥

Life lately has been a mix of family life, real estate, following up with sellers, ramping up Oak and Iron Construction, and getting our hands dirty on a project we’re working on 🏡🔨

The Before and After for Mrs. Ogle. This is my favorite part to look back on! It's always a feel-good moment to look back on the journey of a flip.

We like to make the sale process as smooth as possible, and in this case, most of their belongings were left. This was totally okay with us, but I did not want to put personal belongings on display, so these photos show the semi-start of the process. I think you can still get a good idea how how far we came with this one!

For every flip Blue Timber donates 1% of the net profits into the community. Mrs. Ogle's non-profit was the Humboldt Senior Resource Center and their awesome Senior Home Repair program! As soon as I read about it, I knew this would be the pick for this flip.

"The Senior Home Repair program is designed to assist older adults (age 60+) in our community by providing essential home repairs and modifications. These services address critical areas such as electrical and heating malfunctions, plumbing issues, and broken exterior doors and windows. Additionally, we install safety-related items like smoke alarms, handrails, grab bars, and transfer poles. The program aims to ensure that older adults can safely remain in their homes and age in place, enhancing their quality of life and preventing displacement."

We did it! We completed and sold our Mrs. Ogle flip!

I knew this home had the potential to be stunning, and I am thankful to have had the opportunity to bring her back to life. Every time I was at home, I felt warmth and ease. I hope the new homeowners feel the same way.
