I’m so excited to share another successful closing for ANOTHER relocation client! I love helping folks move to beautiful Humboldt!

This journey took careful coordination from start to finish. We coordinated the sale of her home in Stockton with the purchase of her new home here—closing both simultaneously to ensure the smoothest possible transition.

As we move deeper into June, the market continues to show a familiar summer trend: inventory is growing, but buyers are still actively making purchases. ☀️🏡

📍 Fortuna
Fortuna now has 47 active listings, 11 pending, and 20 homes sold in the last 30 days. Inventory jumped significantly this week, giving buyers more choices than we've seen in months. At the same time, the strong number of closed sales shows demand remains healthy, even as buyers become more selective.

🏞 Eel River Valley
The Eel River Valley has reached 105 active listings, crossing the 100-home mark and offering the largest selection we've seen this year. This is creating more opportunities for buyers while increasing competition among sellers.

🌲 Humboldt County Overall
Across Humboldt County, inventory has climbed to 529 active listings, continuing the steady upward trend that has been building throughout the spring and early summer.

💡 What This Means:

Buyers: This is one of the best inventory environments we've seen all year. More choices mean less pressure to settle, but desirable homes are still selling quickly when priced correctly.
Sellers: Buyers are still out there, but they're taking their time and comparing options. Homes that are priced competitively and presented well will have the greatest advantage in today's market.
