What a wonderful evening at the HREA Affiliate Appreciation Luau! Thank you to Heartland Real Estate Association for hosting such a fun night at Gillig Winery. The food, the music, and the company were fantastic.

Big news from Goddard Murphy & Co. We helped one amazing client both sell and buy this season. 🏡
First up, 104 Earl North is SOLD. ✅ And 1208 Yonker Place? It sold ABOVE asking price and went under contract on the very first weekend. 🙌 Our strategy made the difference. We offered to cancel the open house if the buyer bumped their offer up a smidge more. They did. 😉 Strategies like ours get results.

A huge thank you to Shirley's Gourmet Popcorn Company and Nicole Beagle at Beagle's Cottage Blooms for helping make this weekend’s open houses extra special! 🍿💐
Guests touring 802 Kildare Lane were welcomed with gourmet popcorn samples from Shirley’s and a beautiful custom bouquet from Nicole that absolutely brightened the space, especially in the home’s stunning newly remodeled kitchen. The response was incredible with back-to-back tours throughout the open house!
Even more exciting, our second open house of the day at 1208 Yonker was canceled because we received an accepted offer before it began. Congratulations to my sellers! 🎉

I recently had the opportunity to comment on a proposed ordinance in Fostoria — the community where I grew up and where many of my real estate clients call home. It was a meaningful moment to blend my professional experience with my legal studies and contribute to a conversation that directly impacts local housing and public health.
