This closing is extra special because these buyers are family! 💕

My cousin and her husband arrived in Arizona on August 10th ready to find a place to call home. We found a beautiful move-in ready home in Surprise, in a beautiful planned community, put together an offer, and by August 14th, they were officially under contract!

And today, August 28th — just 18 days after arriving in Arizona — they CLOSED and got the keys to their new home! 🎉🏡🔑

From arriving in Arizona ➡️ finding the right home ➡️ under contract ➡️ CLOSED in less than 3 weeks! It was an amazing experience!
