I meant to post this sooner but I am happy to announce the latest round of homes under contract in Fieldview Village- homesites 51 and 55!

These two Porter II plans are the last of their kind and went under contract earlier this month just HOURS apart from each other. Congratulations to the soon to be homeowners and a special thank you to Mark Wooten with First Heritage Mortgage for the speedy pre-approvals!

As of early May 2026, Fieldview Village will now be marketed and sold under Stanley Martin Homes! United Homes Group (parent company of Great Southern Homes) was acquired and merged with SMH and I am so thrilled to be along for the ride!

I am excited to say I will continue my on-site journey in Four Oaks but more importantly, another home has come off the market in Fieldview Village. The last Blossom II floorplan is now under contract and will be welcoming its new residents very soon😊

Fieldview Village has rounded out the month of April with Homesite 54 officially off the market! The Benton II is a phenomenal plan that flaunts a wide array of versatility.

So happy the buyer and the superb buyers agent trusted us with the deal. The work is not done yet out here though - we are now down to only 4 spec homes still under construction with more on the way soon so stay tuned!
