Garden season is just around the corner! If you're interested in a free garden plot, please call the office to reserve yours — plots are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, so don't wait too long.
Keep in mind that maintaining a garden is a rewarding but demanding commitment. Gardeners are responsible for preparing their plots before planting and clearing them out again after the harvest.
A mandatory meeting for all new gardeners will be held at the gardens behind Building M in Pine Tree Gardens. Stay tuned to our page and your email for the date and time.

The Dedham Community Theatre is an independent cinema founded in 1927 — a true cultural gem and an essential part of the downtown scene, nestled in the heart of historic Dedham Square. Their mission is to bring people together to enjoy great films on the big screen, exactly where great movies were meant to be seen. They offer outstanding films 365 days a year, along with popcorn with real butter, beer and wine, and all the classic candy you remember.
Because we appreciate the arts and recognize their importance in our community, we're putting together a group to carpool to a show sometime in May. We're also trying to determine whether a matinee or evening show works best for everyone. If you're interested, please give us a call — and be sure to let us know if you're able to drive!

Introducing Our New Resident Portal!

Please be on the lookout for an email inviting you to download a new resident portal. You will receive an email in early December letting you know what to expect, and the invitation to download the app will come later in December. If you haven’t already added our main email to your address book, this is a great time to do so. Because our emails will come from a mailing list, they could go into your junk folder if you do not have it saved. ( [email protected] )

SNOW REMOVAL PROCEDURES

As winter approaches, we would like to review our snow removal procedures and parking expectations.

Resident Responsibilities For Snow Removal:
• Please remain in your designated parking space until a Mayfair staff member knocks on your door, at which point we ask that you move your vehicle promptly.
• Please remain with your vehicle until we have finished plowing your parking lot.
• Please return your vehicle to your designated parking space immediately upon completion of snow removal in your lot.

Winter Parking Ban in Effect From December 1st Through March 21st.

Please note that no vehicles may be parked on the street during this period. Street parking creates significant safety hazards for snow removal and impedes emergency vehicle access to your building and neighboring properties.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining safe and accessible conditions throughout the winter season. Should you have any questions regarding these procedures, please don’t hesitate to call us at the office.

Hi All,
We've been getting fabulous reviews for FoxTales at MRPAC and thought we'd post the remaining dates here.

Everyone has a great story, and storytelling has played an essential role in cultures throughout history. The communal act of coming together to share stories is a powerful event because listening to compelling personal stories creates moments of deeper understanding about our neighbors' experiences.

This monthly series is all about building community and finding common ground while celebrating our uniqueness as individuals.

Because we've received great feedback on this series, we are posting the remaining dates and themes here. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased in advance, online, or at the door on the evening of the event (if not already sold out). https://mrpac.art/foxtales

If you're interested in telling your tale, please email James C. Ferguson and Lorie Coe at [email protected] to pitch your story, otherwise, you’re the audience and will vote for the winner.

Have you checked out Foxtails at the MRPAC? Don't fret if you didn't make it to any last season's story hours. The 2025-2026 season starts September 25th and will feature all of last year's winners. Tonight, we begin not with a whisper, but with a roar. This isn’t just the start of a new FoxTales season — it’s a celebration of everything we've felt, shared, and survived together. For one night only, we’re stepping out of our cozy corners and taking center stage — literally — on our mainstage, where the spotlight shines a little brighter, the stories echo a little louder, and the emotions hit just a bit deeper. Tonight, you’ll hear the best stories from the 2024/2025 season — the ones that made us hold our breath, clutch our hearts, wipe our eyes, and laugh out loud in unison. These storytellers didn’t just win nights — they won us over, again and again. And that’s what FoxTales is about: the raw, the hilarious, the tender, the too-real-to-be-fiction. It’s a place where we emote together, where we cry without shame and laugh until our ribs hurt. We relate. We remember. We love harder — even if just for a few minutes. So whether you're here to relive your favorite tale or discover what makes this community so magnetic, welcome. Take a deep breath. Let yourself feel everything. This is FoxTales, and this — this is our heart on full display. Let the stories begin.

**Please note: FoxTales is recommended for ages 16+ due to the mature themes and content of some stories.
