Despite seeming a simple attitude and full of good intentions, the love letters that were written from buyers to potential sellers turned out to be a real danger.

The attempt to communicate in a less "formal" way with the seller can mean a "break" of protocol in the entire process. For example, if you send a photo of your family and a letter telling your story, how do you think the salesperson would react?

It may not seem like it, but, unconsciously, the seller can build an affectionate relationship with his family and end up giving him advantages that would not have existed before this letter. And cause trouble for both sides.

Our advice: Don't write "love letters" to the seller. Make a good offer and negotiate through your realtor. He will know the best way to conduct negotiations and ensure success.

Apesar de parecer uma atitude singela e cheia de boas intenções, as cartinhas de amor que eram escritas dos compradores para os potenciais vendedores acabou se tornando um verdadeiro perigo.

A tentativa de se comunicar de forma menos "formal" com o vendedor pode significar uma "quebra" de protocolo no processo inteiro. Por exemplo: se você manda uma foto da sua família e uma cartinha contando sua história, como você acha que o vendedor iria reagir?

Pode não parecer, mas, inconscientemente, o vendedor pode construir uma relação de afeto com sua família e acabar lhe dando vantagens que não existiriam antes dessa carta. E causar problemas para ambos os lados.

Nosso conselho: não escreva "cartinhas do amor" para o vendedor. Faça uma boa proposta e negocie através do seu realtor. Ele vai saber a melhor forma de conduzir as negociações e garantir sucesso.
