The tension was high on this one. 😮‍💨

A brand-new listing hit the market and immediately took off—what felt like a million Facebook/Zillow views, back-to-back showings, and multiple offers on the table. We knew competition would be fierce, so we sat down, looked beyond just the numbers, and strategized around what was most important to the sellers. Then came the hardest part: waiting.

If you've ever submitted an offer on a home you truly love, you know that feeling. Constantly checking your phone, replaying every conversation, wondering if you did enough.

Then the call came: "You got the house." Moments like that never get old. 🙌

Jessica and Griffin made our job easy. They were proactive, organized, and always one step ahead.
