beginning as an Appraiser Associate around 2001, prior to certification in 04, I guess I have hit the 20 year mark in appraisal work… difficult for me to believe!... I enjoy the appraisal process and I think about how many properties I have visited as an appraiser and it kinda blows my mind...a bunch of em for sure….ha! I have renewed for another year and look forward to continuing for another 12 months doing that part of what I do.

Looks like I am headed back to Owen County for an appraisal... It can be sort of a challenge when performing an appraisal there but I usually enjoy the trip.
