I’m so thankful to have these girls as part of KJ’s Beauty Bar! Having twins on the team means double the talent, double the laughs, and double the love! 🫶🏼

They are both incredibly talented, but what I love most is that they each bring their own unique strengths, personalities, and special talents to the salon. I love watching them grow, build their clientele, and create their own paths in this industry!

One of the best things about being behind the chair is having the freedom to build a career you love while still making time for the things that matter most. I’m so happy they made the leap to have the opportunity to create their own schedules, grow their businesses, spend time with their families, and enjoy the balance that comes with being their own bosses. ❤️

Owning a salon is about so much more than hair and beauty. It’s about creating a space where talented women can support one another, grow together, and feel proud of what they’re building.

Raising the next generation of builders here at RFND.

Many of our team members are parents, and some of our favorite days are when our little ones come out to see what Mom and Dad do every day. We love bringing them on site (when it's safe, of course!) to show them the hard work, teamwork, and pride that goes into every project.

Who knows, we might be looking at a few future RFND crew members!
