What’s tea ☕️ — I just closed my final deal of 2025 on New Year’s Eve 🥂

This marks my 4th year in real estate, and I closed just under $4 million in sales. That may not sound huge to some, but to me… it’s everything.

As my veteran agent friends say, I’m one of those “COVID agents” — we came into the game spoiled. Business was flowing, deals came easy. 2025 tested my gangsta in every single way, and I’m proud I stayed standing.
