JUST CLOSED!! 🔥

Whoa, this was a quick one! We found this one on the PRIVATE listing market, put in an offer, and 2 weeks later, we’re closed! 🏡

We avoided multiple offers, escalation clauses, and all the back and forth! 🎉🎉

Huge congrats to my buyer who is now moving near her family, in a great neighborhood and has a HUGE backyard for her fur babies!
