What a year it's been. ❤️
First, a wedding. Now, a first home.

I've handed over a lot of keys, but this one meant a little more. ❤️

Friday I had the honor of helping my daughter and her husband buy their first home. Being their Realtor was special, but being her mom made it unforgettable.

Watching your kids build a life of their own is one of the greatest gifts. So proud of you, Lily and Mando. I can't wait to watch this house become your home. 🏡✨

✅ Waiting for rates to drop before buying a home is a little like waiting for gas prices to go down before taking a road trip. 😳🚘

It sounds like a good plan... until you're still waiting a year later. 😅

If I found a home I loved and the payment worked for my budget, I'd buy the house.

Why? Because if rates go down, I can refinance. If home prices go up, I can't go back and buy that same house for yesterday's price.

My advice? Buy the house when you're ready. Don't let interest rates make all the decisions.
