Called the village to see if that was actually legit and they said it's actually zoned single family residential!!! 👀🥴😫 but the County has them assessed and taxed as 5-22 one story fireproof garage 🙃 and this property actually has an unattached 4 car garage also. Commercial or residential property, this one will be one for the books! Because it shows it's on .35 acres but their survey says it's almost 3x that size and the owners next door put up a fence and trees making it bigger also...😬
