🏁 ENDURO RACERS — LET’S KEEP THIS MOMENTUM GOING! 🏁

Coming up at Grundy County Speedway we’ve got the 200-Lap Fall Brawl Enduro, Night of Thrills, and later the Goblin 250-Lap Enduro.

Our next Enduro is Saturday, September 5th.

The last Enduro brought out 40 cars, which was a much healthier field than we’ve seen in the past. Now we need to keep building on it. Get the word out, get the cars ready, and let’s keep growing these fields.

And for anyone on the fence about building an Enduro car, here’s something to think about:

Grundy gives you roughly five opportunities a year to run it — four Enduros plus Night of Thrills.

Some people may not realize that Night of Thrills includes several novelty-style races, and the track encourages Enduro-style cars to come out and participate.

If you know somebody with an old Enduro car sitting in the woods, behind the garage, or collecting dust somewhere, add them to this group and start putting some pressure on them!

Let’s get those cars running again.

40 cars was a great start. Now let’s see if we can make it 50+. 🏁

🎓 TRAINING. COLLABORATION. GROWTH. 🏡

Today, Kristen and I had the opportunity to host a training at our Village Realty Downers Grove office for agents from both our Downers Grove and Morris locations — and what an excellent turnout!

We dove into Buyer Agency — how to confidently have the conversation with potential buyers, how to explain your value and compensation, and how to properly walk clients through the paperwork. These conversations aren’t always easy, but having the right knowledge, tools, and confidence can make all the difference.

One of my favorite parts of today was the collaboration in the room. Agents asking questions, sharing experiences, participating in the conversation, and genuinely wanting to learn how to become better Realtors and better advocates for their clients. THAT is what training should look like. 👏

I absolutely love doing these trainings and helping our agents grow their businesses, build their confidence, and sharpen their skills. And I especially enjoy getting to do it alongside my friend and fellow Co-Branch Manager, Kristen Shedor. ❤️

At Village Realty, we believe agents deserve more than a place to hang their license. They deserve support, education, collaboration, leadership, and people who are genuinely invested in helping them succeed.
