Curb appeal is so vital! Purple Bricks released a study that said that homebuyers may decide on if they want to purchase a home in as little as 25 seconds.

Things to consider when listing your home:
📌 Lawn: clean, green, and well-kept
📌 Landscaping: trim it up if overgrown!
📌 Light: make sure blinds are open and lights are on to create an inviting moment
📌 Smell: sounds crazy, but smells from trach, diaper pails, pets, etc can be a real detractor.
📌 Clean entry way: this is the transition into what could be their new home. Keep it neat.
📌 Declutter and depersonalize: Buyers want to envision themselves in your home.
📌 Deep clean: While I'm sure it's been a while since all of us dusted our baseboards, buyers look at EVERYTHING! So take some time to really prepare your home to list.

Jake and I's current home just hit the market! We brought both of our children home to this house, so it is bittersweet to sell.

The St Patrick’s Day 3k benefitting Lexington’s Habitat for Humanity has been a tradition for my family ever since I moved here 10 years ago. This year, our group was small (due to people traveling) but dang were they cute! One of my favorite local organizations to support, I’ll try to never miss a race if I can help it.
